Learn how we are trying to build an organization that will ignite opportunities and create an environment where we become a better version of ourselves.
Without truth there can be no trust. Be honest in your communication and feedback, only then we can keep learning.
It is necessary to be candid with coworkers and customers, in order to get the best from everyone. At InfraCloud, we are creating a culture where people are not afraid of having uncomfortable conversations. Priya, who heads People Ops, had feedback on how we review stuff at a core level. She was candid enough to share the feedback with Girish, which led to a change in how we review stuff at InfraCloud. This resulted in greatly improved productivity, and all it took was sharing feedback at the right time.
Go above and beyond to create joy for customers, colleagues - people around you through small yet meaningful actions.
We always try to create memorable experiences for our customers and colleagues. Mahendra from our tech team had recently completed the pilot project for a new customer. The customer loved his work and expanded the scope. Now InfaCloud has a 4X larger team dedicated to them. Delighting and exceeding customer expectations is challenging, but itโs always worth it.
Go the extra mile. We are here to do our best work. Only possible if we keep pushing ourselves and the people around us.
Doing things differently has always been in our DNA. A few years ago, in one of the Hackathons, Prasad from our tech team implemented an idea of monitoring K8s cluster directly from Slack. We realized that a lot of people are likely facing similar problems. To solve it, we launched a product titled BotKube, which is now used by more than 1000 companies across the globe.
Best way to thrive in uncertainty or to figure out something - is by taking action, experimenting, and learning from it.
It is true that you can succeed the quickest by helping others to succeed. We at InfraCloud try to follow this every day. Arihant, who works in growth, was supposed to go on an extended leave. To make sure that new joiners are brought up to speed with minimum hassle, he created a detailed handbook for them. A perfect example of being present even when you are not physically there!
