Implementing add and delete handler function
In this chapter, we continue writing the Operator (Kluster) that we started in our last chapter. We will basically implement handling for add and delete events on the Kluster resources as well we will add a field in the Kluster resource that will help us getting the token to call DigitalOcean APIs.
